Overview

ARA Healthcare R&D laboratories (ARAHC) have been set up with a vision and goal to create world-class integrated facilities for drug discovery, pre-clinical and Phase I clinical development with an aim to enter the global drug out-licensing and contract research market.

ARAHC is undertaking co-development and/ or on contract multiple biotherapeutics for global market in major therapeutic areas such as oncology, metabolic disorders, infectious diseases, cardiovascular, inflammation and autoimmune diseases. ARAHC R&D platform will provide integrated solutions in making informed decision on identification, optimization and selection of lead molecules followed by preclinical and Phase I clinical development of molecules.

The company is developing novel biological entities and biosimilars for both regulated and less regulated markets. Currently ARAHC is focusing on therapeutic proteins, novel vaccines and humanized monoclonal antibodies.
